Where do I download an eBook that I purchased?
After purchasing your eBook at www.ScriptingOutpost.com, you will receive a serial number. This serial number is included in your purchase confirmation e-mail, and can also be accessed by logging into your ScriptingOutpost.com store account. With your serial number available, go to http://my.sapien.com. Log in using your user name and password, or create an account. Note that this is NOT the same as your ScriptingOutpost.com store account. Reminder links are provided if you've forgotten your password or user name. Once logged in, paste your eBook serial key into the "Register a Product" box and click the registration button. When you're finished registering your purchase, you'll find it listed in your registered product list, along with a "Download eBook" link. Click this link at any time and you will be emailed the link to your eBook.
